*ENGLISH BELOW*
Worum geht's?
Du läufst bereits regelmäßig 2–3x pro Woche, bist also kein kompletter Laufanfänger. Aktuell verletzt?
Was dich erwartet
Wochenrhythmus
Dienstag: lockerer Lauf mit Steigerungen, meist mit Lauf-ABC. Donnerstag: Schwellen-Einheit. Samstag: optionaler Recovery-Lauf. Sonntag: Long Run, in einigen Wochen hügelig.

ENGLISH
What's the plan?
12-week half marathon plan (Basic) for first-time half marathoners – with a target time between roughly 2:00 h and 1:45 h.
Who is it for?
You already run 2–3 times a week regularly, so you're not a complete beginner. Currently injured? Recover fully first. The plan is built around 3 runs per week and guides you step by step to the finish line. It can be combined with light strength work.
What to expect
Three structured 4-week blocks plus tapering. Load builds slowly: with controlled tempo runs, longer endurance runs and form work – at a realistic, sustainable level.
Weekly rhythm
Tuesday: easy run with strides, mostly with form drills. Thursday: threshold session. Saturday: optional recovery run. Sunday: long run, hilly in some weeks. Monday and Friday: Mobility Essentials.
Listen to your body
Every workout includes an RPE cue. Your body sets the pace – better to skip a session than to risk too much. Consistency beats perfection.
Start & activation
Activate the plan exactly 12 weeks before race day. The plan starts on a Monday and ends on race day (Sunday). Count back 83 days from race day – that's your start date.
Race week: activation session with 200 m and 1000 m reps at race-pace feel, FINAL CALL the day before the race.
