Trailguy Half Marathon – Performance & Flow
En 12-ugers træningsblok designet til løbere, der allerede har gennemført mindst ét halvmaraton og ønsker at forbedre tempo, udholdenhed og løbeøkonomi – uden at miste flow og løbeglæde.

Planen følger Trailguy Stevns’ filosofi: løb for kontrol, ikke for pres.
Hver uge består af tre faste træningspas:

• Tirsdag – Teknik og rytme (balance, kontrol, løbeøkonomi)
• Torsdag – Tempo og threshold (styrke, rytme, stabil intensitet)
• Søndag – Langtur eller trail (udholdenhed, mental ro, vejrtrækning)

Alle intensiteter angives i % af Threshold Pace, så planen tilpasser sig automatisk dit niveau.
Der bruges ikke faste tempo- eller km-krav, men tid og intensitet – for at fremme individuel rytme og føling.

Planen egner sig også ideelt til Masters-løbere, der ønsker at fastholde performance og tempo gennem teknisk og balanceret træning.

Planen er egnet for løbere med HM-tider fra ca. 1:35 til 2:30 og fokuserer på forbedring i både performance og teknik.
Resultatet afhænger af udgangspunkt, men typisk 5–15 % forbedring i tid og en mærkbar forøgelse af VO₂ og effektivitet.
