This half marathon training program is suitable for runners who have completed around 1-3 half marathons before and are looking for a more structured program to complete to help better their past performance.

The program consists of 3 runs a week and includes some fartlek and tempo sessions, as well as a long run of progressing distance.

The program is designed for a rough finish time goal of 2 hours.
