er designet som en intelligent “slap-af-periode” mellem målrettede træningsblokke.
Formålet er at nulstille kroppen efter et større mål (f.eks. halvmaraton eller konkurrenceperiode), genfinde løbeglæden og genopbygge rytme, teknik og base – uden at miste form.

🔹 Hvad du får

3 strukturerede pas pr. uge (tirsdag, torsdag, søndag)

Tydelig opbygning fra flow og teknik → til stabilitet og kontrol

Faste Trailguy-format: Warm up, Aktiv blok, Cool down

Arbejde udtrykt i tid og % af Threshold Pace (TP) – ikke km eller tempo

Fokus på negativ split, teknik og bevidst kontrol

Korte ramp-ups og jog-recovery, ingen hårde intervaller
