Està pensat aquest pla per a mi? ⤵️
➡️ 8 setmanes d’entrenament de força de pretemporada, 2 cops per setmana, amb el mètode Caràcter de l’esforç (CE). Aquest mètode es defineix com el nombre de repeticions realitzades en una sèrie en relació amb el nombre màxim de repeticions que es podrien completar amb aquella càrrega (%1RM) 🏋️♂️.
➡️ Les sessions s’estructuren en 6 blocs:
A) Warm-Up 🔥 | B) Get Ready ⚡ | C) Activation 🔓 | D) Main Lift 🏋️ | E) Finisher 🏆 | F) Cool Down 🧘
➡️ Sessions alternant tren inferior i tren superior, treballant els grups musculars més importants per al rendiment ciclista 🚴♂️.
