This plan is designed to guide you from an intermediate running foundation to confidently completing your first 21km without burnout, overwhelm, or injury.
This plan includes one pre race day check in, initiated by the athlete should they wish to have it. Your coach will run over race day nutrition, pacing and any other questions you might have.
This plan is best suited for:
-Intermediate runners who can comfortably run 5-8km
-Athletes looking to improve thier running
-Busy individuals balancing work, family, and training
-Anyone wanting a structured approach and wanting to better thier half marathon time.
-You don’t need to be fast, you just need to be consistent and willing to show up.
