Dieser 12-Wochen-Plan führt dich systematisch zu deiner Bestleistung über die Halbmarathondistanz. Als Coach mit langjähriger Erfahrung im Mittel- und Langstreckenlauf (5 km bis Halbmarathon) kenne ich die Herausforderungen im Training mit höheren Umfängen und gezielten Intensitäten. Der Plan kombiniert strukturiertes Grundlagentraining mit spezifischen Tempoeinheiten und abgestimmten Regenerationsphasen – für eine optimale Balance aus Belastung und Erholung.
Ob ambitionierter Einsteiger oder erfahrener Läufer: du wirst Schritt für Schritt fitter, schneller und bereit für den Wettkampf. Der Plan ist so aufgebaut, dass er sich in den Alltag integrieren lässt, dabei aber genügend Abwechslung und Progression bietet, um kontinuierlich Fortschritte zu erzielen.
