Anforderungen: Du solltest die 10 km schon einmal in unter 45 Minuten absolviert haben.
Zeitaufwand: 3 – 6 Stunden/Woche

Anmerkung:
In Bezug auf das Equipment setzen wir die Grundausstattung für das Laufen + GPS-Uhr und Pulsgurt voraus.
Der Plan wird über Pulszonen gesteuert. Wir haben dem Plan eine Anleitung hinzugefügt, mit der Du diese Zonen ermitteln kannst. Um den entsprechenden Test durchführen zu können, solltest Du allerdings eine Woche zusätzlich zu den 12 Wochen Vorbereitungszeit einplanen.
