Plan de Entrenamiento 21K – Llévate al Límite

Este plan está creado para atletas experimentados, que ya han corrido varios medios maratones o incluso un maratón, y buscan un programa desafiante que los ayude a alcanzar su máximo potencial.

📌 Estructura clave del entrenamiento:

Series rápidas y dinámicas para trabajar la velocidad, la capacidad de reacción y la eficiencia en cada paso.
Fondos progresivos con cierres intensos, que simulan la exigencia real de carrera y fortalecen la resistencia física y mental.
Un test de 5K para ajustar ritmos y calibrar las zonas de entrenamiento desde el inicio.
Incluye drills técnicos de carrera para mejorar la técnica, la economía de movimiento y la coordinación.
⚠️ Importante: Este plan no contiene entrenamientos de fuerza. Se recomienda trabajar esa parte con un profesional especializado en fuerza, capaz de ajustar las cargas adecuadamente y prevenir lesiones en corredores de alto nivel. Además, se aconseja contar con asesoría constante en fisioterapia y nutrición deportiva para sostener la intensidad del programa de manera segura.
