Are you a complete beginner runner and want to run a half marathon but don't have a whole bunch of time to train? Then this plan is right for you! Suitable for beginner runners that are looking to run a half marathon in 8 weeks.

Enjoy a training process under supervision from professional coach! Each workout comes with a detailed description of why and how it is done and what to be careful about. Workouts are also analyzed and feedback is given on a daily basis. Communication takes palce via Trainingpeaks comment sections, E-mail and/or phone/video call.

Required equipment: running shoes and a GPS watch with a HR monitor.
