Built for advanced runners with at least 3 years of long-distance running and a half marathon under their belt, this 12-week program is designed to maximize performance, precision, and race-day execution through five training sessions per week.

🏃‍♂️ What You’ll Do: Start in the low 30s for weekly mileage and build to mid 40s. Each week includes two easy-effort runs, one distance-building long run, one interval or threshold workout to build fitness, and one progression run to experience different heart rate zones.

🧠 Train Smarter, Finish Stronger: You’ll get the most from this plan with a GPS watch to monitor distance, time, and pace. Many sessions are heart rate-guided for precision, so a chest strap monitor is recommended for the most accurate data.
