This 12-week plan is built for runners who already complete 10K and want to move up to the Half Marathon. It's structured around heart rate training zones to help you build endurance, speed, and confidence in a safe and progressive way. You’ll get a smart mix of intervals, long runs, fartlek, and recovery sessions—all optimized by heart rate intensity.

A GPS watch with heart rate monitor is required to follow the plan effectively.
