It's structured around heart rate training zones to help you build endurance, speed, and confidence in a safe and progressive way. You’ll get a smart mix of intervals, long runs, fartlek, and recovery sessions—all optimized by heart rate intensity.
A GPS watch with heart rate monitor is required to follow the plan effectively.
