HALF MARATHON "EXPERIENCED RUNNER" TRAINING PLAN - 11 WEEKS
This 1/2 MARATHON Training Plan is designed for Experienced Half Marathon Distance Runners and those currently running a higher starting mileage than the "Novice" Training Plan who are looking for a bigger challenge in terms of pacing, volume and long run distances.
This Training Plan's Starting Long Run Distance is 10KMS
This Training Plan peaks at a 23KMS
