Plan Description

The 18-week plan has 3x times a week running sessions with 1 days a week of cross training, which means 2 day off each week. Sundays are left blank for addition choice training or an additional day off.

This plan assumes that you can run 30 minutes or 3 miles to start. The miles will slowly increase to a max of 10 miles before the Half Marathon race. The plan starts with 30 minutes of running.

The workouts in this program are based in Heart Rate Zones and efforts. Heart Rate zones will be explained in this plan. Heart rate zones are guidelines, not rules, and your personal physiology/fitness level may vary.
