Plan Description
This 26 week Beginner/ Newbie Half Marathon plan is designed specifically for the Santa Barbara Half Marathon on Solvang California.This plan is perfect for runners who have some run fitness and best suited to those who can already run at least 10km non stop. Also good for runners looking to build up run fitness and distance.
The plan includes 3 x runs a week with an additional bonus run for those wanting to do run 4 x week.
Run sessions include speed, strength , threshold and endurance to make sure you get everything you need to not only run faster but make the full marathon distance.
