Plan Description
This 16 week 1/2 marathon plan is designed for runners who have decent run fitness and best suited to those who can already run at least 10km non stop. GREAT for runners looking to improve overall run fitness and speed.
The plan includes 3-4 x runs a week, sessions include speed, strength , threshold and endurance to make sure you get everything you need to not only run faster but make the 1/2 marathon distance.
