SVE O OVOM PROGRAMU:

Ovaj program treninga je namenjen trkačima koji imaju kontinuitet u trčanju, istrčali su ranije polumaraton i sada žele da poboljšaju svoje vreme na toj distanci.

Program obuhvata detaljan plan treninga, jasni i precizno objašnjen, sa instrukcijama za doziranje opterećenja. Tako da će moći da ga koriste trkači na bilo kom nivou spremnosti.

U program su uključene i konsultacije sa trenerom (jednom nedeljno), taktika (pejsing) za trku i planiranje okrepe (ishrane) tokom trke.

Moje ime je Draško Stanković diplomirani sam profesor fizičkog vaspitanja. Trenerskim poslom sam počeo da se bavim 2016. godine, a kao trener trčanja radim od 2018. godine.

Svoj prvi polumaraton sam istrčao 2012. godine u Beogradu i od tada sam počeo da se interesujem za ovu granu rekreacije. Završio sam preko 50 zvaničnih trka polumaratona, mnogobrojne trke na 10km i nekoliko maratona. Trčanje je moja glavna rekreativna disciplina, ali pored toga bavim se i triatlonom. Završio sam tri trke ''Half Ironman''. Kao zaljubljenik u sportove izdržljivosti odlučio sam da mi to bude i specijalizovana profesija.

Radio sam u nekoliko trkačkih klubova, a najviše iskustva u radu sa rekreativcim stekao sam u Beogradskom trkačkom klubu (Belgrade Running Club - BRC). Kroz moju obuku prošlo je više od 500 trkača, radeći sa totalnim početnicima, naprednim trkačima, mlađim i starijim.

Sada radim kao online (personalni) trener za sportove izdržljivosti na platformi TrainingPeaks. Pomažem trkačima da postignu željene rezultate (vremena) na trkama, uvodim početnike u svet trčanja (priprema za prvu trku) i pomažem rekreativcima da vode aktivan život kroz trčanje, biciklizam i plivanje.
