Plan Description
This plan is for anyone looking to level up their half marathon training. You can expect a good balance of aerobic conditioning and speed / interval work, aiming to get you feeling comfortable at a faster race pace.
Zac is a highly qualified physiotherapist with a diverse background in sports and musculoskeletal therapy. He holds a 'Doctor of Physiotherapy' from Bond University, following undergraduate studies in Physical Education at the University of Ballarat.
Given Zac’s mix of exercise science and physiotherapy expertise, you can expect a program that hits all the right training zones, whilst designed balancing load exposure to minimise injury risk.
Zac is also an accomplished athlete himself, racing in Ironman triathlon and having competed in the 2022 Ironman World Championship in Hawaii.
