Plan Description

This Beginner 16-week run/walk interval plan is designed for those who have been doing some running or walking for a few weeks. It involves 3 sessions a week. 2 short runs of 30 mins to 1 hour and one long run on the weekend. The run/walk intervals are one minute each. The intervals will upload to your Garmin watch automatically if properly connected (instructions here: https://support.garmin.com/en-US/?faq=jnm4aY5LM880wNP6LWm1n8). For the Apple Watch, use the specific plan.
