‼️ Questo programma è adatto a tutti quelli che vogliono testarsi sulla distanza della mezza maratona. In particolare è adatto a chi si approccia alla corsa di distanza per la prima volta
👉🏻 È previsto un test iniziale per impostare le zone di allenamento. Dopodiché il carico di allenamento aumenterà gradualmente settimana dopo settimana.
⚠️ Si parte con circa 25 km/settimana con incrementi graduali per arrivare a circa 40 km a settimana
