Plan Description
This training plan is for beginners who are participating in a half marathon for the first time or for the second time. It is suitable for people who have some exercise habits in the past or who are just thinking about starting running training. Training 3 to 5 times a week, 2 to 5 hours per week. This plan will help you complete a half marathon and try to break your personal record.
