This is a 12-week program designed to make you conquer a half marathon. Before you begin, you should already be able to run about 8 kms (~5 miles) without stopping.

This plan will make you able to run your first (or second or third...) half marathon.
Running isn't always easy, but it should be simple. This training plan gives you all you need to accomplish your goal in a simple, easy to understand way.

I feel like a lot of programs are incredibly tough to follow, quite complex, and as if they were made for elite level athletes only. My goal is to provide the average runner a convenient way to efficiently train with a limited amount of time.

We mortals don't have all the time in the world to train, that's why this plan is built with the assumption of you being able (and willing) to train for 30-60 minutes per day during the week and a bit more during the weekends.

Follow this plan and I guarantee you will be able to finish (and enjoy) that half marathon!
