This training plan is designed for NEW or BEGINNER half marathoners - if you have never run a half marathon but want to tackle the distance and do it with authority, this plan is for you.
If you have run a half marathon before and still feel fairly new or uncertain with your running, this plan is also for you!
Runners should begin this plan being able to comfortably run 4-5 days a week with a weekly volume of atleast 10-15 miles.
This plan peaks out around 38 miles per week.
