Plan Description
Welcome to the Hermes End. Team! This program is for beginner's to endure the Half-Marathon Distance. This is a time-based program, the (estimated) mileage that is annotated is based on a 10:00min/mile pace at Zone 2. Training based on time allows for easy progression and eases you into the sport, so you can have that memorable experience come race day! Your Anchor workouts in this program is the Long Run. You MUST complete these runs every week in order to stay on track with your progress, and to avoid risk of injury in your longer, harder sessions. Train to Endure!
