Plan Description

This 12 week half marathon plan will prepare you to go from almost no running to a half marathon in just 12 weeks! Yes it is possible. Yes you will need to work at it and stick to the plan to get there.

The plan is progressive, with some walk runs, circuits, walks and running drills. Starting with walk-runs, progressing to endurance runs and interval sessions. At the half way point you will be ready for a park run (fitted into the plan) and then continue to progress for the Marathon at the end of the 12th week.
