Plan Description
Welcome to Purely Watts 1st 3-week Block Half marathon Base Builder program.
All you will need for this program is a heart rate monitor and/or fitness watch to track your workouts
This program can be found effective for any athlete, from beginner to pro. Do note, we recommend taking part in this program if you have at least completed a 10k run before, or comfortable at 5k distance currently.
This program is trialed, and tested by many. We are confident that this 3-week block will achieve progress and get you one step closer to readiness for your half marathon. This is just a taste of what a program by Purely Watts is like, and it only gets better!
