Ein Plan für Läufer mit Erfahrung auf dem Weg zum flotten Halb-Marathon! Die zehn Wochen sind in drei Blöcke mit unterschiedlichen Schwerpunkten unterteilt. Beginnend wird an der VO2max gearbeitet - in den weiteren beiden Blöcken steigt der Umfang und die Belastungszeit bei Halb-Marathonpace .
Durch Entlastungswochen, Faszientraining und einer progressive Steigerung des Umfangs wird dafür gesorgt, dass du möglichst verletzungsfrei durch das Marathontraining kommt.
