Plan Description

12 ugers halvmarathon program for erfarne løbere. Du løber 5 gange om ugen og programmet indeholder både intervalløb, tempoløb og ikke mindst løb, hvor du tester dit halvmaratontempo. Søndag er forbeholdt det lange løb, hvor der i nogle af træningerne er lidt Fast Finish og også løb i dit halvmarathon pace.

Inden du starter programmet bør du kunne løbe 90 minutter og være i rimelig god løbeform.
