Plan Description
This plan is for people who have a base of 3 miles (or 30 minutes) a few days per week and want to improve on endurance and speed leading up to a 1/2 marathon. This plan includes 3 days per week of key running, but can also add up to 2 other days of base miles. Strength and cross training days are included. Library of strength training, pilates, yoga, foam rolling videos and more is on our YouTube page @physeq.
