Plan Description
This plan is for people who have a base of 3-6 miles a few days per week and want to improve on endurance and speed leading up to a 1/2 marathon. This plan includes 3 days per week of key running, but can also add up to 2 other days of base miles. Strength and cross training days are included. We have a library on YouTube which you can access that includes strength training, yoga, pilates, foam rolling and more as supplementary videos.
