Este plan de 10 semanas es ideal para quienes corren medio maratón por primera vez o para corredores que registran un promedio de 24 a 40 km por semana. Cada semana de entrenamiento incluye 4 días de carrera, 2 días de Cross training y 1 día de descanso. El kilometraje semanal comienza en 20,8 km y alcanza un máximo de 36,8 km.
