Plan Description
Dit plan is bedoeld voor mensen die reeds regelmatig lopen (1u30m per week) en willen opbouwen naar een halve marathonafstand.
Er wordt gedurende 12 weken gefocust op het verhogen van het trainingsvolume waarbij 2 opbouwweken steeds afgewisseld worden met een relatieve rustweek. Tijdens de opbouwweken zijn er telkens 3 trainingen gepland en in de rustweken 2. De langste duurloop bedraagt 17 kilometer (3 weken vóór de marathon).
Dit trainingsplan werd zorgvuldig samengesteld door het Fuseaction team met het oog op blessurevrij opbouwen in volume.
Het volledige trainingsschema wordt gesynchroniseerd met uw slim trainingshorloge waardoor elk onderdeel van de individuele trainingen gemakkelijk vanop de pols gevolgd kan worden.
