Programma per Mezza Maratona:
-11 settimane
-da 3 a 4 allenamenti settimanali
-da 3 a 5 ore max a settimana
Prima settimana con 2 uscite blande e un test per avere indicazioni specifiche sulle zone di ritmo e frequenza cardiaca che verranno poi utilizzate per i parametri di intensità/velocità negli allenamenti.
Primo blocco di di 4 settimane composto da 3 settimane con 4 allenamenti e 1 settimana di recupero con 3 uscite blande.
Secondo blocco di 5 settimane, di cui 3 settimane di lavori più specifici seguite da una settimana con lavori di ritmo e inizio diminuzione dei km settimanali e una settimana durante la quale si diminuirà ulteriormente il carico per recuperare in vista della gara.
