Plan Description

Dit trainingsprogramma is gemaakt voor hardlopers die vijf keer per week trainen en gebruik maken van een hartslagmeter. Het programma duurt 16 weken en is meerdere malen te gebruiken.

Level 3 trainingsschema’s hardlopen zijn geschikt voor gevorderde lopers. De omvang is hoog en je moet in staat zijn om sommige dagen twee trainingen per dag te doen.
