Plan Description

Este plan de entrenamiento esta pensado para aquellas personas con un bagaje en la carrera previo que hayan trabajado tanto volumen como intensidad a razón de un mínimo de 40km semanales.

Durante el plan se realizan varias sesiones de fuerza. Si no estás familiarizado con el trabajo de fuerza es mejor que lo primero de todo realices bien la técnica de cada ejercicio, aunque pierdas unas sesiones en ello. Otra opción es trabajar la técnica de los ejercicios de fuerza antes de empezar el entrenamiento (aconsejable).

El objetivo final de este plan es que se pueda conseguir mejorar tus tiempos si ya has realizado una previamente y si no, el objetivo es que la termines y no te suponga un esfuerzo grande, en otras palabras, QUE DISFRUTES!
