This plan is for the runner who wants to peak out at about 70 miles per week. The first few weeks will be in the 50 miles per week range and then average right about 70 miles per week for the rest. The plan starts at 6 days per week, then moves up to 7 days per week. Occasional rest weeks will be built in.
