This plan is for the runner who wants to peak out at about 60 miles per week. The first few weeks will be in the 30 miles per week range and then average right about 60 miles per week for the rest. The plan starts at 5 days per week, then moves up to 6 days per week. Each week will have 2 harder workouts or one hard workout with a weekend long run.
