Plan Description
Previamente es necesario establecer nuestras zonas de potencia. Para ello hay que calcular la potencia crítica. Realizando un calentamiento progresivo de 20' + 4 progresiones de 30'' /45'' + 3' de estiramiento. Después Test de 9' a tope /7' , Test de 3' a tope. La potencia normalizada obtenida de esos dos laps la dividimos /2 y la multiplicamos por 0,9. Esa es la potencia crítica que debemos incluir en nuestro umbral de FTP, para que Trainingpeaks adapte el entrenamiento a nosotros. Durante la preparación necesitaremos de gimnasio, en su defecto repetir la cuarta sesión "fuerza de peso libre".
