Plan Description

This is an intermediate to advanced half marathon training plan. It includes a verity of run work outs that will help build up strength, speed, and endurance. This plan includes strength and mobility exercises, 2 recovery weeks, a full taper, and nutritional guidance to help prepare you for race day.

There's is an average of 5 runs per week, 2 strength training sessions, and 1 full rest day.
