Este plan esta diseñado para aquellos corredores que ya han echo distancias de 5k y 10k en eventos y quieren hacer su primer 21k.

Con este plan iremos aumentando la distancia para que llegues bien preparado a tu evento, lo importante es no desesperarte y si sentimos alguna molestia dentro de nuestro entrenamiento es importante escuchar nuestro cuerpo y si necesitamos descansar algún día lo podemos tomar.
