Plan Description

This plan is for someone targeting a half marathon in 12 weeks, but would also like to have a go at a sprint triathlon. The main focus is 3-4 run sessions a week, with one swim, 2 bike rides and a short brick (bike to run) session to give you skills for the triathlon. The average number of training hours is 9-10/week.
