Plan Description
This is an advanced to intermediate training plan for those looking to improve their 1/2 marathon times.
The program is 13 weeks long, the first week of which is used as a testing and assessment week to set up your training zones.
Ideally aimed at runners who have been running at least 40 km per week fairly consistently.
The workouts are a mix of Heart Rate and pace specific runs, based on your current fitness and speed levels.
The plan can be changed or adapted to cater to any events or scheduling preferences you may have. Simply drop me an e-mail with all requests or questions
