Plan Description

Der Plan über 8 Wochen fokussiert auf dem Aufbau der Grundlagenausdauer.
Das Tempotraining wird sukzessive in die Wochen integriert und die Dauer der Einheiten gesteigert.

Dazu gibt es Tipps für ein allgemeines Stabilisations- und Krafttraining für zu Hause.

Nach den 8 Wochen kann nach Absprache mit einem Aufbautraining oder speziellen Schnelligkeits-Phase begonnen werden.
Es empfiehlt sich dafür kurz mit dem Coach Rücksprache zu halten.
