Plan Description
Los planes de entrenamiento de Ramon Pujol Endurance Training están pensados para aquellos deportistas que tengan un objetivo concreto y ambicioso pero que no sienten la necesidad de disponer de un entrenador personal. Los planes están hechos a conciencia, mediante unas bases de periodización y distribución de las cargas de entrenamiento que permitirán al deportista mejorar su rendimiento, evitar posibles lesiones por sobrecarga y llegar en el mejor estado de forma al día de la competición.
SOBRE ESTE PLAN:
- Plan de entrenamiento de 12 SEMANAS correspondiente a la FASE ESPECÍFICA para una MEDIA MARATÓN de asfalto. El plan está orientado a deportistas de NIVEL MEDIO con el objetivo de bajar de la 1h30'.
- Es necesario haber hecho un buen PERÍODO DE BASE antes de iniciar este plan, o de disponer de una buena base aeróbica para tolerar bien las cargas de cada semana de entrenamiento.
- El plan está basado en el RITMO y es importante realizar los tests que se proponen para un correcto seguimiento y control del entrenamiento.
- Es necesario disponer de un dispositivo GPS que indique el ritmo de carrera para poder seguir bien el plan de entrenamiento.
