Este plan es para atletas nivel intermedio, consta de 5 entrenamientos a la semana con 2 dias de descanso y estan planificados para un corredor que pueda correr por lo menos 60 minutos de forma constante al inicio del plan.
el metodo de intensidad de los entrenamientos es por ritmo (pace), y debe realizar un test de umbral de ritmo para actualizar tus ritmos de entrenamiento y ingresarlos en tu zonas de tu cuenta trainngpeaks.

el plan es estructurado por lo que puedes cargar tus entrenamientos a garmin, polar y apple watch (app ismoothrun).
