Plan Description
Este plano é adequado para corredores competitivos experientes que estão preparados para treinar duas vezes por dia, alguns dias, em busca de um melhor desempenho na meia maratona. Antes de começar o plano, desenvolva seu treinamento até o ponto em que corra pelo menos três vezes por semana, incluindo alguns esforços curtos em intensidades moderadas e altas e algumas corridas fáceis de pelo menos 13 km. A carga de treinamento começa em 5 horas e 52 minutos na semana 1 e atinge o pico em cerca de 9 horas e 31 minutos na semana 13.
Esse plano de treinamento é baseado em PACE entao aconselho fortemente vc adquirir o plano FTP - RUN PACE, para já ficar com suas zonas apuradas. Conseguindo assim aproveitar de maneira mais plena o todo o plano de treinamento. Se for utilizada a cinta cardíaca durante o teste já é possível adequar as zonas de treinamento em frequência cardíaca.
