Plan Description

Este plano é apropriado para corredores mais novos que se preparam para sua primeira meia maratona e para corredores mais experientes que precisam ou preferem um programa de treinamento de volume relativamente baixo por qualquer motivo. Antes de começar o plano, desenvolva seu treinamento até o ponto em que corra pelo menos três vezes por semana por até 6 milhas ou mais e faça exercícios aeróbicos seis vezes por semana. A carga de treinamento começa às 3 horas e 9 minutos na semana 1 e atinge o pico às 4 horas e 56 minutos na semana 14.

Esse plano de treinamento é baseado em PACE entao aconselho fortemente vc adquirir o plano FTP - RUN PACE, para já ficar com suas zonas apuradas. Conseguindo assim aproveitar de maneira mais plena o todo o plano de treinamento. Se for utilizada a cinta cardíaca durante o teste já é possível adequar as zonas de treinamento em frequência cardíaca.
