This plan is a 12 week plan to help you improve your half marathon time if previously you have just wanted to 'get round'.

This plan incorporates the same running technique empahsis, similar to the beginner plans, but also introduces more speed work with intervals and tempo runs.

Chose this plan if you are wanting to push yourself a little harder.
