Plan Description
Este plan está desarrollado para atletas de nivel intermedio/avanzado, y viene marcado por ritmos para bajar de 1h45´ como tiempo objetivo.
-Solo necesitas (aparte de un par de zapatillas) una máquina elíptica y una bicicleta para algunos entrenamientos regenerativos, así como para tratar de minimizar al máximo el riesgo de lesiones.
-Así mismo, el plan viene apoyado por trabajo de core y preventivo, que ayudará a mantener un nivel alto de tonificación postural, imprescindible para desarrollar el plan a un nivel óptimo.
-Empezando con muy poca carga de entrenamientos, realizamos un bloque de 4 semanas progresivos, una semana de descarga, 2 semanas de choque y una de puesta a punto para la competición.
