This is our motto, training should be about having fun in what you are doing. By training smart every workout should give you a maximal advantage. Because your time hard to pan between work/school, family, friends, and your beloved sport. Our plans are designed so each workout has a goal so the only thing you have to do is execute it and have fun.
Included in this plan?
- Based on the Stryd auto CP, regular testing included to maintain a valid CP value
- You have between 4 and 6 hrs available per week
- You can do an easy run for 50 minutes.
- 5 run per week
- Strength and flexibility training
- Train with power (STRYD)
- 100% structured workouts.
All our training plans have free e-mail coach support. We created a complete support website to help you during the plan and with tips for your race.
This 14 week plan is designed for athletes that want to do their best half marathon with a build up and peak phase for optimal performance. This plan is best for runners that will do their first half marathon or not made a lot of running time the previous period. Also for runners that need some structure in their plan this is suitable for you.
All purchased L3-Sports training plans become part of your training plan library in trainingpeaks. You can start, stop, resume and reuse this plan when you like.
All L3 sports by Paul & Peter training plan come with optional strength and flexibility training. We recommend these type of training for all our athletes from better performance and injury prevention.
